We are happy to service yards with dogs present when they are friendly. For safety reasons, any dog displaying aggressive behavior must be kept indoors during cleanup.
If aggression toward our team occurs, we will require the dog to be secured or service may be discontinued.
If your dog does end up biting one of our technician's then services may be discontinued.
In some cases our team will have a discussion about it and let the technician in question make the decision on if we should terminate the services.
Most visits take only a 5-15 minutes. We thoroughly clean the area and double-check before leaving.
Service plans are flexible. You can pause or modify your schedule as needed.
No. As long as we can access the designated service area, we complete the cleanup and secure gates when finished. You’ll receive notifications before arrival and after service.
NO. We do not provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. Instead, to ensure maximum efficiency, we optimize our service routes the night before each scheduled day.
By doing so, we are able to keep costs low while also minimizing travel time and reducing our environmental impact. We do send on-the-way tests 15-60 minutes prior to our arrival so you have plenty of notice.
